It was attractive, but lacked bathroom cleanliness. Clerk was very kind and helpful.

The sinks water pressure was shot. It basically was a trickle.

no breakfast,no coffee,locked lobby,no nearby food sources within walking distance...

It was quiet, the only problem I had was they didn't have coffee on the property but I'm not going to argue for the price

Barbara at the front desk denied my paid reservation when I told her I had my service animal with me. I had a letter from my doctor and a full medical write up with me. She claimed that only large therapy dogs qualified as service animals. I called Expedia for a refund. They said the woman didn’t know what she was talking about. I plan on making a formal complaint with the state of New York, as my rights were violated. Their website clearly stated that service animals were allowed.

The light in the bathroom was out and the floor was dirty

Clean rooms with older amenities but cheap enough.
