Refrigerator inside of bathroom

I get it, need a quick place for the night…this is not it. Dirty rooms. Toilet had stains in it, towels from previous person still hanging over the shower. I got the impression that some of the “guests” lived at this property. There were a few other good looking hotels in the area, spend a few extra bucks and go to one of the name hotels!

Everything: The picture you show on your website of the room had no resemblance to the actual room which was a disaster. Exterior door had gap to outside (photo) Tub tiles were is terrible shape (photo) Refrigerator missing and open space looked like it had mold. Bottom part of exterior stairs coming apart outside our door (photo) Room was to bad we would not stay there. Can't imagine how this location got on Booking.com. We were able to find a room at a nearby, but at almost twice the price. How can we get reimbursed for this horrible room?

This is an older motel showing its age. TV/cable was not working. Bathtub should be replaced. This a motel generally used for those that are homeless. Cigarettes are smoked outside the rooms, but the odor still comes in the windows very strong. I would not call it unsafe but bears being vigilant of your surroundings. Refrigerator was not in good shape and smelled bad. Linens could be updated or cleaned better. One positive is the bed was comfortable.

Air conditioning didn’t really work, very pungent smell, dirty room, outdated in all departments, keycard did not work second day, other guests very shady and was questioning safety.

Room was clean, bathroom was sufficient, only 1 wash cloth and was not replenished in the two days I was there. Heat worked well, when needed. The smoke alarm was disabled or not there, just the fixture. Parking was excellent and easy to access. I missed the coffee and pastries and such, but they were only owners for 3 months they said. The bed was very firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean and well made.

The location was convenient and the front desk clerk was very nice. The rooms were OK, I'm not sure the bathrooms were cleaned very well, but overall it was fine.
