Knights Inn Augusta at Boy Scout Rd

The had a mold/mildew odor, lights did work and broken television. Last, the heat/AC unit was loud and door needs weather strips. (able to see outside through cracks).

I was immediately turned off from the room when I opened the door and it appeared as if it had not been vacuumed since the last resident. I turned around to lock the door behind me and realized the lock was broken. When I turned on the bathroom light/fan, I nearly jumped from my skin. The fan sounded as if the entire ceiling was going to fall on my head. The refrigerator was not working so I had to use the AC to cool my water for my race the next day. I highly recommend you stay away from this place!

I like the location. Wish I could have gone swimming

We rented a room on August 9. We took our luggage in, then decided to grab a bite to eat. When we got back to the hotel we could not get into the room because apparently the key cards had reset and their key card machine was down. We waited for 2 hrs for the associate to try and get the key reprogrammed it never happened. So we made other arrangements since by then it was the middle of the night. We had to leave all of our things in the room also. The associate assured us we would be given a refund and we left with the assurance that we would be called once the room was opened up. We got the call about 45 mins later that we could.come get our things. We did and were once again reassured we would get a full refund. Here we are almost a week later, no refund. We were told that since we stayed in the room for an hour they are entitled to keep the.full charge. We have asked/called several times to talk to a manager, the manager will not talk with us and we are being refused a refund. Do not waste your time with this establishment. We have had to go through our bank to reverse charges, definitely a nightmare.

After check in I noticed that my room smelled of mold and the ac did not work. Upon switching rooms my new room had a baby powder-like substance on the floor, the ac was not much better, the refrigerator did not work at all, there was urine still on the toilet seat. The towels and sheets were very dingy. You cannot get ice between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because the vending room is locked... I would not recommend the motel to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!

Absolutely love the motel very clean with the exception of a spider web or two but no big deal the front desk clerk was very very sweet very kind and I will be staying again. I took these pictures after I stay the night so excuse the messy bed and all.

We checked in at about 1in the morning, and while the younlady at the front was nice, the first room had mildew in it and the pul out bed was not made nor was there anything to make it with. We asked for another room and pretty much the same thing. We are waiting on a refund as we checked out the next day. We were supposed to stay for four day but the hotel was was not comfortable at all.

We had a very nice experience. Our room was right next to the office & breakfast area. It was still very quiet for being as busy as it was during the Masters tournament. The staff is very accommodating and polite as well. The room, furniture & bathroom area was completely updated as well as the bed linens. We have already made reservations for next year's Masters tournament. The location was great!

Hotel staff were friendly and offered good information on local restaurants. Hotel is old and can use some updating. Bed not great. But room was clean. Toilet felt like it could tip over. Great value. Great location.

The staff and management are very service friendly and responsive. I have stayed here for many years during Masters week and the location is very convenient. Great breakfast choices in the morning and I would recommend staying here, especially during Masters week.
