The fact its a smoking room.

Roaches in my room. Pest control or bombing is needed very bad.

The staff was so wonderful and pleasant.

I had to change my reservation because I was unaware of a deposit. Once my reservation was changed, the facility did not see it so I had to pay out of pocket once I was charged by booking.com

Towels were dirty, bugs came out of the cracks in the shower, floors weren’t clean. The pictures online make it look nicer than it really is. Of course it was non refundable, I learned my lesson from this place.

It was clean and quiet the service was excellent when I checked out it was great got my deposit back right no time

Our business team stayed for a week. It is a safe, clean and friendly place to stay in Fayetteville. From start to finish, my experience was filled with comfort, warmth, and top-notch service. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with some of the best nights' sleep I've had in a while.

The hotel room towels were dirty. the bed was dirty. I showed pictures and a video to the front desk staff.

We booked a room with a walk in shower. This Knights Inn did not have any rooms with a walk in shower for my wife who is in a wheelchair . The wheel chair could not go through the door into the bathroom! We want a refund to our American Express Card!
