Convenience to restaurants

There were no wash clothes in the room, no ash tray, and no bag in ice bucket... had to leave my room to go get these things

The young lady that checked me in was and is always sweet. Room was clean as always.

Room was smaller then my last stay, I was required to use their atm as inwas rold I couldn't put my deposit on my card as I did last time but the gentlemen in front of me used his. Checkout is 11 but requested a 1 hr late checkout and paid for it but housekeeping was knocking on my room door at 10:30!!! 30 minutes early.

I liked how close it was off the Interstate. I was also able to park right outside my door. The rest of the stay was very questionable. When I first got there I was greeted by a young lady that wasn't all that friendly, and she requested a $50 CASH deposit. When I looked a little puzzled she became irritated. I have never had to put up a $50 CASH deposit. She informed me that I would get it back in the morning once the staff went to the room and inspected it. That was completely unexpected in my opinion.

The front door was hard to get into , when I got in it looked like someone had been beating the door with a claw hammer. I noticed there was a Slight funky smell about the place. The place was unkempt , to say the least. In the bathroom the toilet seat was barely connected and it was moving if you sat down. The shower and tub was bad in the nozzle was hard to turn or figure out where the hot water was from the cold . It just kept going in circles ! All in all , it was very unmaintained ! At the time of check out, it was not is simple Is turning your key in and leaving. The guy had to call a coworker and She walked with me back to the room as she inspected it, took pictures of the bed as she turned it down, And went into the bathroom to inspect it. Then we walked back to the office and he pulled out a big Wad of cash and gave me my $50 back. I felt insulted, actually. I have never experienced anything like this in all my travels. I will never stay there again! and I will be going back to Knoxville many times in the future. They just lost my business!
