La Quinta by Wyndham Chattanooga - East Ridge

The staff was unhelpful and didn't care. The room smelled like dirty mop water and very humid, even with air conditioner on. Tried to talk to them with no resolution. Called the customer service number and they didn't care either. Said the hotel said we didn't say anything while we were there which was a lie. Banged on our door, not knocked but banged near check out time. Ridiculous and will stay away from Wyndham hotels after this laquinta experience.

It was close to where we needed to stay

The first room they put us in smelled sooo bad! There were roaches visible in the room as well. The second room they gave us when we complained was a little better. The sofa was filthy 🤢 and when yiu showered it ran out the wall into the living room area. Won't be staying here again.

I stayed overnight for an exam that I had nearby. When I woke up the next morning, I opened a snack I bought from the gas station the night before. I opened it and sat it down to put into the microwave when I noticed ANTS all around the counter. I figured they may just be up there, but I looked around and they were on all tables in the room. Therefore, my belongings were being invaded with these ants. I was very disappointed. Especially the fact I didn’t get to have my breakfast because ants were crawling everywhere.
