I come here all the time on my way to Ohio from Florida. It’s nice every time. It’s convenient. It’s right off the highway but quiet. Breakfasts are good. Staff is very friendly, kind, & considerate. I’ve been coming here for several years.

"Room for improvement"

The room was relatively clean and bed was comfortable. It seems they're going through renovations and some repairs are still needed inside and outside the rooms.

The hotel doesn't have sufficient parking for their guess. Customer service representatives are not welcoming, neither friendly. Friendliness and smiley faces are always positive and makes you feel welcome. They need to improve their customer service and teach their employees to treat everyone with fairness and respect.

"Overpriced for what you get but was very clean and convenient"

Needs Reno’s baby in the halls .. wallpaper peeling and carpet is pretty grungy Front desk girl was awful …. Rude , no info given such as free breakfast and where to find it , just miserable actually
