Great location and value Breakfast is decent. Small selection but had sausage and eggs.

Shower seemed to be clogged(didn't drain properly) and bedding could use attention to detail of making sure it's 110% clean

Excellent location right on the main hwy into Sevierville. Clean, newer location, nice breakfast bar, and friendly staff.

I selected a handicap accessible room with a king sized bed. I am older, and the mattress was far stiffer and firmer than I was comfortable with. A pillow topped mattress would have been ideal. Next time I will select a room with a queen bed to see if they are softer.

The staff was genuinely nice and friendly. It was exactly where I needed to be, but it is in Sevierville and not Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

The building is dated, but it was clean

We arrived on a Sunday a 7 day stay. Our room was never cleaned. Had no hand soap or body wash. Thank goodness we brought our own. Had to get our own clean towels and toilet paper,took out our garbage. No one ever checked on us to see if we needed anything,knowing they didn't touch our room the whole time we were there. There was fruit flies in the room about 15 of them .

The staff upfront was a woman, and she was beyond kind and a friendly face. And when I ended up with a family emergency and was in a rush, she treated me with care and efficiency with quickness.
