They didn’t clean the room or bring clean towels and wash clothes I had to go ask for them every day and I was told they didn’t have any wash clothes I even had to get trash bags to take the garbage out

Staff, facilities and room were excellent and you could tell they take pride in the property.

just a bit difficult to get to becuase of how traffic runs. other than that, great stay!

The staff didn’t clean the 5 days I was there didn’t bring clean towels,wash clothes and hand towels in the room at all had to go ask for them every day and was told didn’t have any wash clothes except for 1 day out of 5 if they not going to clean and bring towels and wash clothes then they need to start giving discounts

Rude staff, noisy rooms

The price for the room was decent and it is located near a shipping area.

The hotel is suppose to be no smoking, but someone was smoking marijuana in the room across from ours. The smell began entering into our room and was also in the nearby elevator. Therefore, we reported it to the staff and they supposedly reported it to their manager and neither did anything about it. Therefore, we canceled the remaining time, did not stay the first night, and requested a refund. The room also had dingy towels, spotted bed linen, no soap in the bathroom soap dispenser and a musty smell.
