Location was great, and my room was clean with plenty of natural light, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the service experience overshadowed the positives. The receptionist was very rude and barely acknowledged me upon arrival. At 11 PM, the front door was locked, and when I knocked, she seemed visibly annoyed and treated me poorly. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Several items were missing, and when we asked for replacements, the staff appeared bothered and took about 25 minutes to restock the food. To make matters worse, I was charged for parking even though I clearly stated that we did not use the parking garage. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor customer service made this stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Unfortunately, the attitude from the staff remained unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, I was charged for parking even though I clearly explained that we did not use the parking garage. Customer service and hospitality were seriously lacking.

Everything except

I booked a room for me and family. I ended up not going. I changed the name to my daughter's. The lady at front desk Angelica had an attitude and gave us a hard time. My daughter had to put her make up on in the lobby. And was late to her concert. We were very disappointed.

Breakfast was delicious. Loved that there were a variety of items to choose from.The chicken carnitas were awesome, so good:). The staff were friendly. The seating area was clean and comfortable.

The elevators were a bit slow. And the water in some areas didn’t get hot.
