I liked the full kitchen and complimentary breakfast. The hotel was very clean.

The pool was cold. I thought my room had 2 beds but it had a bed and a pullout sofa. I was disappointed that my room didn’t have a bathtub.

Beautiful/comfortable property.

The front desk staff didn't match the quality of customer service (attentiveness) Upon entry, no greeting until I got their attention. When inquired about something, no eye contact with response. (Customer care basics lacking)

Great area, the hotel staff was great, enjoyed the breakfast offerings, and the room was great.

Not 100% the hotels fault, but it’s very noisy at night. You can hear every time they through something in the garbage bins outside.
