pool and hottub were closed. padio had weeds growing in it and was dirty . if you close this stuff please state in ad.

Under-staffed, noisy guests, but low price, friendly service, OK breakfast. Good value.

Building looks run down and close. The pools were shut down. You can hear your neighbors upstairs and side by side talk, water running, toilet flushing, foot steps and T.V on. We had a hard time sleeping due to all the noises. The carpet feels sticky all around, we had to keep our shoes on. The pictures on the Experian looks deceiving. Never again will go back to that hotel. Overall staff was polite.

Unfortunately for our stay the pool was out of order, but a family member said it’s one of the best hotel pools in the area. When we first pulled up I was a little nervous the building was closed because there were no vehicles out front, nothing that made it look open. The staff was great when we interacted with anyone.

Jet tub didnt work pool wasnt open i felt like i was being watched or stalked the whole time.

Not very clean, English muffins were moldy at breakfast. Staff just threw it away and said nothing when approached , didn’t bother to clear the others from the tray

The breakfast was comparable to most QI&S I've stayed at before. Good variety. The location was great for the reason we were in the area for. The room & beds were comfortable & clean. The fridge was helpful to keep our food & water fresh & cold. The cleaning personnel was friendly & kind when I had returned the bathroom plunger.

Was disappointed the pool was closed for repairs. My mother had to use the main lobby restroom & we both noticed the door was quite hard to open as it drags on the floor. Maintenance needs to take the door off & "plane" the bottom of the door to allow it to swing freely. The phone in Rm 105 was not working right. Only got static noises when attempting to call the front desk for plunger & a box of kleenex. Front desk really should be manned at all times for calls & customer care. The website did not mention that the location was pet friendly, otherwise, I most likely would have brought my 11.6 lb Yorkie-poo. I just noticed a sign at the front desk stating the pet policy on my way out after checkout. 😥
