Oxford Suites Spokane Downtown

The location was good and the price was reasonable.

The room was a bit depressing. The walls were bare and drab, the bathroom was exceptionally tiny and the layout for the bathroom and sink was awkward. There was a moldy/mildew smell around the sink. the heater was loud and looked like it had seen better days, the curtains were ripped and shabby, and there were stains on the carpet. It just feels like the place is in serious need of some updating.

The location was great we were able to walk all over that is one of the main reasons I booked this room. Great hospitality. The breakfast was decent. We were there for our birthdays. It was a great time. We would stay here again.

The only thing that could be better was the water could be hotter.

The room was comfortable and spotless which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better, close to the river and downtown, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. What truly stood out was the staff. Every interaction we had was warm, professional, and considerate. They went out of their way to make sure our needs were met, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming.

The only drawback was that the pool was out of commission during our visit, which was a bit disappointing since we had hoped to use it.

We loved the comfortable bed. My husband had surgery the next day, so we opted for the extra late check-out. We found that very accommodating since his surgery was at 2. We checked out at 1:30 and drove 2 blocks to the surgical center. Oh yeah, and the location couldn't have been better. The view from our balcony was lovely. The Spokane River and the autumn colors were beautiful this time of year. We will be back again.
