Outdated but friendly staff. Hard time getting our door open and our shower was leaking below us so had to use friends shower next door.

The Skyview was convenient and affordable, they were accommodating of our late check in time!

Nice clerk at check in and they were accommodating of early check in time as we were going to concert. Room was cleaned but very old! Smelled like grandma’s house. Carpet needs replacing as is very stained and duct tape on flooring. All caulk in bathroom was thick and crumbling. Leaky faucet and lukewarm shower. That said, door had deadbolt and room was secure. VERY OVERPRICED for condition. Wouldn’t stay there again.

It was surprisingly better than anticipated. Many of the hotels were sold out or had elevated prices for this weekend so ended up here. Pretty clean. Just needs updating. Room had tv with cable, fridge, microwave, and coffee. What more could you ask for. The toilet did not stop running but that would be the only complaint. No bugs in the beds was an upgrade from other places we stayed at in the past.

We were on the second floor but parked right by our door with no steps needed to get to our room! The room was nice with clean crisp white sheets, comfortable pillows and really nice quilted bedspreads, bright and new. It's an older faculty but you can tell the management cares about the building and maintains it. Staff was very friendly and it's located just a short walk from the river and charming downtown. Only complaint was the shower, we were in room 221 and we couldn't figure out how to set the handle to get hot water. There was plenty of hot water in the sink, and the neighbor said they had no problem with hot water for the shower, so may be us, or it may be this one room's shower handle. It was still warm enough to shower, and other than this one issue, this is a great little place to stay when on a budget. Definitely would stay again.
