The property was clean and located in a part of town that kept us away from crowds. The front desk was over-the-top helpful with brochures about the area, and it turns out there is a lot to speak about from a tourist perspective. The room accommodations were good, with a very clean, new shower, a nice TV and clean linens.

The mattress was a little less firm than we usually like it, but it was very clean and we slept well nonetheless.

1）At the front desk, there was a stout, round-faced woman with dark skin and glasses. During my two-day stay, she never smiled; she spoke fast and no patience. The air conditioning controls in the room were located on the wall rather than on the unit itself; when I asked about this, she responded with extreme impatience, snapping, "I've told you..." with unfriendly tone. She came to check why the hairdryer wasn't working, told me no one will come to fix it untill the next day and she can do nothing for my wet hair. The next day, a nice housekeeping staff told me there is an hidden switch on the main body of the hairdryer. OMG, the front desk ladiy didn't know how to operate the equipment within her own hotel—and her attitude was absolutely atrocious. 2）The bedsheets have stains. Even worse, started from the next day, my family and I were bitten all over our necks, arms, and any other areas not covered by our pajamas by the bed bugs.
