Cigarette burns on mattress, no mattress pad on mattress and makeup on pillowcase. Carpet filthy. Went back to desk and got money back and found another place. Woman at desk pleasant and offered another room. Questionable clientele. Police in parking lot when I pulled in.

This,was the most filthy place i have ever stayed in. there was nothing in the room that was clean. I would remove this hotel from Expedia good name. lastly, I would like a refund. sincerely. Nancy S. Roy

Awful! The remains of an unidentified bug nest was obvious near the front door with bug carcasses on the floor below. Dirty! I asked for a new room, it was no better (But no old bug nest). After seeing the two rooms, I walked out. DO NOT STAY HERE!

For the value, it is an excellent hotel and deal. The personnel are very profesional and personable. I would recommend to others anytime. The rooms are clean and i never had any problems. Any request was always handled immediately.

Do not EVER stay at this motel!! Pictures are very deceiving, beware!!! This was by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed at!! There was trash all up and down the sidewalks in front of the rooms, there was no waste basket in the room, no toilet paper, (not even a toilet paper holder!! just 4 holes in the wall where it should have been), there was a hole in the wall where the smoke detector had once been, the paint on the ceilings and walls was cracked and big chunks of paint coming off!! the bathroom door did not even shut and was cracked, and had holes in it!! There was what appeared to be mouse or rat feces back in one of the corners of the room!! The heater/AC was built right into the outside wall and was broken. There was a huge gap between the unit and the wall letting freezing cold air in!!! You had to blast the heat on high to stay warm!! There was a fight that broke out right outside our room at about 3 am involving extremely loud screaming, and we were woken up at 8 am to someones radio blasting outside our window! We had a room with a kitchen and the stove was nasty, there was nasty sticky stuff on the fronts of the cupboards and on the floor in front of the fridge!! Rooms not clean and smelled stale and mildewy!! I would not send my worst enemy to this motel!! Again I will say DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!! Oh and the TV was a joke!! all channels were fuzzy and the cable went completely out while we were there!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I had no hot water the room was nasty and I'll never stay there again

Rooms were filthy had to clean it as soon as I walked in. No one cleaned room in the morning The worst Hotel I ever stayed in. Fighting all night outside People knocking on other peoples doors. It was terrible.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever viewed. We didn't even stay after seeing the room. The smoke detector was in the drawer of the dresser not even mounted... effective if you have a fire in the drawer! There were no towels in the room and the "security lock" was dangling from one screw. Sketchy place and the people wandering in and out appeared to be crack-heads. Don't stay here, it's an atrocious place.

Extremely disappointed ... wrong remote for television, outdated decor, peeling walls, delapidated bed(gave way-collapsed), and so much more.
