Red Carpet Inn Niagara Falls

THEFT! My husband and I checked into our room. We left some of our belongings and decided to run over to the canada side of Niagara Falls. While there we decided to stay 1 night. The next day we came back to this hotel to retrieve our belongings and it was all gone and looked like someone stayed the night. The bed was now unmade and trash on the tables. Of course I let the owner know immediately. They have a ring camera, but it only shows real time, so there was no way to see who entered the room. There are people who Also live there who sat outside both times we were there. All we could get from the owner was a sorry that never happened ed before (which I call BS on). Asked for a refund for the VERY LEAST. Didn't get one. Idk if the owners are in on it, but he sure didn't seem upset like I would be if I owned the business and had a break in or employees stealing, so makes me wonder. If you do stay, take all of your belongings everytime you leave!

Location and familiar staff.

Washroom door lock broken. Washroom cleanliness. TV remote is without battery, so we didn't have a chance to watch TV. Room needs fresh air circulation as it's very humid.

The only thing which i like is that it is close to niagara falls

There are many reasons 1.The wifi does not work for us at any time of our stay. We does ask the hotel to do some thing on which they replied that we cant do anything its the provider mistake. 2.Rooms are not even clean there are insects and spider web also on roof. 3.TV also not working because there is no Wifi in room. Even the staff is also not friendly and very rude while talking My concern is I paid 110 dollars for all the amenities but what i get in return of my hard earned money. My trip is totally spoiled Please do needful I need some kind of compensation for my stay as my money is totally waste for me and its very disheartened for me and my family

Customer service was nice and it was close to places

Well, for starters it smells like booty juice and pee (also like cigarettes but to be expect from a smoking room). There were pee stains on the bed in the back, one the of the windows were broken, there was gum and other..substances on the curtains, the bathroom had fecal matter in it when I got there, the ceiling was falling apart, and there were holes in the wall. Not to mention I did see wiring that could potentially be a danger but I’m still alive so cool.

The location was alright.

The cleanliness was not the best which made me feel uncomfortable.

Did not liked anything

Rooms are very old, facilities were old, AC mot working, blankets old and torns.

I liked the staff. I forgot my license in the check in area. When I returned, someone brought it to me. I also liked the cost. The location was the main thing.

I could not get the TV to turn on. The room was kind of dirty. An empty water bottle was chilling in there, the floor and walls were a bit dirty. I have been in worse.
