The staff - very helpful and friendly. The room was modern and comfortable. Restaurant had good choices and service.

Too warm in lobby and restaurant - hard to find a cool bit where the air con was coming through.

I first stayed at Sunway Hotel in 2007, and since then I have stayed there over 30 times! Apart from the spacious and comfortable rooms, the ideal location, and the delicious food served in the restaurant, the staff members are one extra reason I always choose to stay there. No matter what time I arrive, the staff members are always there, eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A couple of times, they even kept the restaurant open until very late for my party and me! Special thanks to Mrs Ravy, who even mended the zipper of my backpack at the reception area while I was having dinner with my team on my last visit on 16 February! Looking forward to my next trip in April!
