Great value, friendly staff, clean room, and dog friendly motel.

Very clean Friendly service

Lives up to its name in being a great value. Unfortunately, smokers' smoke creeps through walls for us who are sensitive. Otherwise clean and quiet. Very nice service with upgrade provided to accommodate my request for a ground floor room.

Surprised. There is no daily household service in the room and no phone connection.

This is a cheap motel, clean motel to stay at when you're just passing through on your way to somewhere else. I was staying here (total of 4 nights) while taking a course in nearby Rosamond in order to save a few dollars. The rooms, while dated, were clean. The downside was the pool which was shut down by the state of California for sanitary reasons, after we had spent the previous two days doing afternoon swim workouts after our courses were done for the day. A little disturbing. So skip the pool, but if you just need a place to crash for a night while travelling through, it's comfortable enough and will save you a bundle.

Clean. Broken floor tiles in bathroom. There was a plastic toy as the ice scooper. There was no holder for it so everyone's dirty hands got on the scoop and tossed on the ice. Gross. All repairs around facility were poorly done. Office staff very nice.

Price good, clean, gas and restaurant near. Windows dirty.

Inn is very dated, has seen better days, needs upgrading.

It's not a 5 star hotel but doesn't pretend to be. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, big and comfortable and I felt safe. I would stay here again.

The office staff were real good the house keeping need a little more training on overall how to communicate with guests. Overall it was a good stay.
