The room was not clean there was no remote for the television no toilet tissue and there were ticks in the bathroom. My family and I couldn’t shower because the tub was dirty. In the morning I saw 2 ticks in the bathroom so we did not wait until check out we just left

Location was great. Easy to walk to many restaurants and venues. Booked a room for a concert at The Fillmore so only a 15 minute walk to get there.

The air conditioning worked a little but the entire unit is falling apart plus there was no filter in it so I woke up congested. The floor had stains on it and the bathtub was peeling. No shampoo. Wi-fi did not work at all! I would have to go out in the parking lot to get a signal. I pray I didn't bring home any bed bugs.

I chose this place based on a prior stay. It is quiet. It is close enough to walk to Silver Springs places and Uber will get you to DC places easily. I had a good bed, good climate control and a functioning bathroom with hot water.

It’s a good, basic place. The price was the best I could find.
