Clarion Pointe Wenatchee

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir hatten trotz des starken Verkehrs ein ruhiges Zimmer. Der Check-in war freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Kissen im Bett waren uns zu dick. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig.

Very nice staff

The front desk staff was very friendly, remembered my name and room number without me prompting them. The area for the dogs was great; grass very green and well maintained. Walking distance to Starbucks, good burger place, Walmart and Home Depot. Had a couple of issues I made the staff aware of and received a phone call shortly after my stay with a follow-up and request for feedback. I would stay there again for the customer service.

Staff was very friendly. Decent hot breakfast included.

A little bit of an older property, however the staff were wonderful.

My group arrived late at the hotel, and we wanted to use the pool. We found out that both the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours, which was a great perk.

Clarion is ALWAYS clean, excellently priced and available. We look for one everywhere we travel.

The room smelled like old smoker.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Good hot well stocked breakfast.

The upstairs neighbors were noisy so stay on the 3rd floor if you can, there's no elevator. It would be nice to have biscuits& gravy available more often on the hot side of breakfast. Our king bed was ok but not super comfortable.
