Extended Stay America Suites - Nashua - Manchester

First off, the building elevator wasn’t working at all, I’m disabled. Second the room I stayed in had no towels, or sheets. I had to buy my own. I will never stay at an extended stay ever again. I will make sure everyone knows my existence.

The bathroom was dangerous as there was a leak in plumbing under sink somewhere. Tried to call front desk multiple times bit no answer. Also hair in refrigerator and tub. Elevator was broken and we were pit on 3rd floor. I recently had a heart attack so 3 flights of stairs was not easy and almost had to call ambulance after i slipped and fell in bathroom from the puddle on the floor. Over all horrible experience.

The bedding is super thin.I would bring your own blanket

Very convenient to our destinations and easy to get to.

Elevator stopped working.

The elevator was broken. I asked for help up 3 flights of stairs and was told no.

While the hotel suited my needs well, I will not stay with Extended Stay again due to the “no firearms” policy

Did not stay, but the staff was very nice and understanding.

Cleanliness was awful, we had giant stains on the mattress and the protector, there were crumbs and what looked like public hair behind the mattress.
