Rude staff, old furnishing which requires refurbishment especially the bathroom. Moderate cleaning. Insects in the room.

"very expensive for so much street noise"

it was a nice location to beach, resturants, and shopping

It was loud outside at all hours of the night so much so that I had to wear ear plugs to sleep, the noise at night was truely annoying. the staff member checking us in was not very nice

"The hotel was good, very helpful and friendly staff and felt like a home from home"

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and helpful staff. For the hot dishes it would be good to have tomatoes and mushrooms as well as beans. The room was quiet had plenty of storage space and hangers in the cupboards, was near the lift as requested and the bed was very comfortable. For an international guest it would be good if some of the TV channels were in English. I know I should improve my Spanish but it would be nice to get e.g. BBC World News and CNN. Good selection of fridge drinks

No English language TV channels. Better range of hot drink sachets such as coffee and hot chocolate. Would be nice to have semi bottles of wine in fridge as well as soft drinks

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Es limpio y muy funcional. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas, buen AA, lugar de guardado, etc
