I have often stayed here. It's accessible to transport and many things in Melbourne. Having parking is a bonus. Clean and sufficient for our needs. Friendly helpful staff is a great bonus.

I wish some of the extras were a little better and available. Like shampoo and conditioner, face washers and a better iron and hair dryer. As these are things I don't want to have to carry with me but are important to me.

Conveniently located close to Spencer Street station. Spacious, clean room. The $15 breakfast was adequate for the price. Lovely friendly staff.

Other than we couldn’t get the tv to work properly and the lack of a face washer in the bathroom, everything else was great.
