quiet rooms

one staff member was rude and un helpful, A guy with a bald head and short beard at desk,around 5ft 10inches ,mid to late 40's, I believe was the same guy that checked me in couple days prior ,, I was parking my car and asked to be let through was rude and quiet a smart ass, I really felt like leaving aafter that, I have cancelled my other bookings as i was looking to visit for the next 3-4 months every week ,but have since found another place , I wont be back , thankyou.

Loads of space in the room. The reception staff have been helpful and friendly throughout. The location is convenient for the airport shuttle bus (could easily walk to the station even with two-wheeled suitcases), and a tram stop is very close. There is a decent-size shop in the train station and plenty of restaurants within a block or so walking distance.

Room and hotel in general feel dated. While the room is large, it is just unused floorspace with little equipment and somewhat limited storage space. Bathroom is a bit tight (surprising given the size of the room). Cleaning services a bit hit and miss. Gym hours limited. The fridge had a tendency to freeze food. Aircon/heating was rather noisy and broke down on my last night in the hotel (although this has been attended to and I have been provided with a portable heater in the interim)

Friendly staff and location to western area of CBD. Public transport close by. Just near Southern Cross Railway Station.

The room had a light shaft - no window.

Easy to access V-line trains and Sky Bus Great to have a couch and some work space in my room

Great access with and location for out of owners coming off the ring road. On site and secure parking , the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The price is alright too. 👍
