Superb location. Many shops around.

The day I arrived, I requested a conversion to a double room from twin as I made a booking mistake. The staff told me that "they have to respect the booking" so refused to change. Instead, he promised to change the next day. The next day I came back from work, nothing changed. The same staff said he forgot to change and the room was fully booked that day. The day after, the last night of my stay, they finally changed but it was simply two single bed combined to make it double in the same room, with obvious gap between so I could not use them for sleep as it keeps giving me a pain. First of all, they should have changed the room on the first day or double check when I booked as I am staying as a solo visitor on business. Second, it is odd to convert the twin room to a double room - they should simply move me to another room. I have never seen hotels that does that.
