We checked in pretty late but the desk person was very pleasant

Very nice clean and quiet place to stay.

Staff behind the desk were very helpful and very accommodating. A big shoutout to the person who had coffee available at 4:30 in the morning.

The staff was awesome. Hot breakfast and clean rooms.

Please can you replace the king beds in the whirlpool suits. We come to visit friends at least once a year and the beds are cupped and hard. After many many years the beds are the same.

Nice and clean, a little musty smelling. Beds like most hotels are hard as a rock. Other than that it was OK.

The lounge area was beautiful, the staff were helpful when we had additional requests

In our room which was 117 our Jacuzzi buttons were broken and the Jacuzzi drained water into the bathroom floor near left side of the toilet but a very nice employee moved us into a new room which was 107 with a different Jacuzzi that didnt drain at all! The staff employee that helped us out and switched us was Alex a girl very hard working woman and another hard working woman who helped us was Sherri best employees that helped us out thank you for the wonderful staff u have
