Ver bad, the place smell weed, could not sleep due to damped bedding and place was really dirty. Avoid as much as you can.

December 12-19, 2025 What didn't you like? The white lady in the front desk seemed that she doesn't care when I reported her some issues in the room such as: the sink faucet in the bathroom is leaking a lot of water and I couldn't use the sink. I was forced to use the bathtub water .Also, on Saturday 12/13/25,-I reported that the microwave was not working and your staff said, "we don't have one. I will make a report,." Moreover, I reported more than two times the issues to the same white lady (about 40 years old a White Caucasian lady) and she said, "I keep calling the managers and they don't answer. I leave them messages and the managers don't call back." We don't have another microwave in here. Moreover, I reported that the lamps on the table and another one near to the bed are not functioning. "We cannot fixed and we don't have another one in here," the same White Caucasian lady answered. She also appeared disgusted with Hispanics or other races that speak differents languages or customers that are not White Americans Caucasians. The African Americans staffs were very nice and supportive even though they didn't solve the problems. The ladies doing the room cleanings were very nice and helpful.

Thinness of walls. Couple in room next to me were enthusiastically exercising their sexual energies and I thought they were on my room.

Checked in only a couple hours before to get woken up by a man screaming across the hall, I called the number to.speak with someone downstairs about the noise, nobody on property the guy yelling went on for 2 hours before the police came, very chaotic no help at the office, worst hotel experience I ever had! I.would NEVER recommended this place I would rather sleep in my car and the place was dirty.

I liked it was in a ok area near a lot of food amenities and Vacaville outlets

Elevator was broke and I also seen a roach in the shower which made us leave super gross
