Fantastic views and great breakfast, extremely kind staff and great set up.

If I have to find a very minor comment, I would say that the music in the pool was a bit loud.

Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade to a room with a private swimming pool, which was divine. A very nice surprise as I have never had an upgrade before. It just made our stay so much more enjoyable. The staff were very lovely and always happy to help.

I only had trouble using the shower as it was a steamer and had lots of knobs and things to turn. Once I learnt how to use it, it was wonderful.

Staff were very helpful and friendly We were in a superior sea view room. The view was Great of the ocean however it is slightly Ruined at the moment by the building site infront of the hotel.

We had a huge balcony however it was filled with 2 cheap plastic chairs and tiny table. For £330 per night I would think they would put some comfortable furniture on the balcony. Our room also didn’t have a coffee machine which is unusual these days. There were just instant sachets. I would expect a coffee machine in the room for this price. They played awful music by the pool during the day… however I know this is subjective. I was there to relax and don’t want to be forced to listen to loud house music. Be aware that the hotel does not have beds on the beach. This wouldn’t have been a problem if there were beds on the local beach that were a reasonable price. The beds on the local beach were in mercello beach club there were 100euro for the day with a 150 euro minimum spend on top!! Krios lounge is a little further along and staff are lovely and they have a few beds for cheaper on the beach they were just often all taken.

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a free upgrade to a room with a swim up pool which was really nice.
