Comfort Inn & Suites Akron South

Convenient location close to interstate and food/shopping, very clean, accommodated my family at every turn…. The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful!!

I don’t have a single suggestion or complaint. I cannot stress enough how pleased I was by my stay here.

The breakfast choices where quite bad. There was little except the coffee I could recommend.

The building itself, particularly the elevator was surprisingly shabby.

The staff was very friendly. ☺️ The facility had plenty of snack choices. The pool is very small but nice. The beds are very comfortable.

The facility needs updated. The door to our room was very hard to latch. Once to door was latched we had to force the door frame to un latch it to open the door. The frame of the door isn't secure. To use the microwave, we had to unplug the mini fridge. One of the lights wouldn't work. I would assume it's because it was also plugged into where the microwave, mini fridge and keriug were plugged into. When we arrived, we tried to use to closet and the doors broke and one fell off. They are very heavy. I'm thankful they didn't fall on me or my child.

This is an exceptional property. Kind staff, well maintained, comfortable room. Don’t hesitate to stay here.
