Notified supervisor of bug in bathroom. Also of loud tv in room next to ours.

We had roaches in our bathroom- property had just exterminated and still had issues with water bugs/ roaches. Housekeeping issues as well. But by Thursday a new housekeeper assigned who did really well.

"The staff was very nice and helpful for as old as the hotel was it was clean with good beds"

The rooms were clean

This is an old hotel and needs to be updated. Most electric outlets were worn out and would not even hold in a plug when plugged in making it very difficult to plug in and use your laptop or phone charger.
