the way the room was inside

the towels where dirty the paint and ceiling where falling in the bathroom. How as a manager /Owner not know what is. wrong with the rooms an problems with the motel

It was right off the highway, so easy to get too.

A non-smoking room smelt like a smoking room. Bed was very bumpy, foundation would rock back and forth. Towels were very dingy looked dirty still. Smoke detector started beeping when we turned on a lamp in the room.

No hot water and cobwebs and dust all over the room

There was dirt and grime everywhere in the floor of both rooms we had. The first room the hot water didn't work and the fridge didn't work and it was so dirty. The blankets and sheets and floors were absolutely dirty in the first room and the second room that they moved us to.Because first room had amenities that were not working properly.

It was dirty, the floors were dirty. There was visible chunks of things all over the floors, within 5 minutes of being there. The baby's feet were black. The first room we had the fridge didn't work. The hot water didn't work. The second room that they moved us to was very dirty. The sheets were dirty, the comforters were dirty. The floors were dirty if you accidentally touched the wire for the air conditioner, It went on and off. Both of the rooms the lights were not all completely working. Most of them were unplugged and the walls had smudges. It was nasty. There was hair everywhere on the sinks, and in the ice boxes, nothing was properly cleaned or sanitized. In both bathrooms that we had between the two rooms, the tub and shower spigots were literally falling off of the walls.

Dirty counters had toothpaste stains from previous visitors shower had hair in it and room smelled of mold.
