we were on the second floor and out window was screwed shut!!! As a firefighter and knowing that was our second egress in case of a fire I didn't like that at all!!!!
USUSThe vent fan was not working in the bathroom and the mattress was very hard. I had the breakfast and the milk was sour. Other than that it was just ok.
USHad a great stay! Room was ready early and the staff was extremely friendly!! Pool and hot tub had just been cleaned and was a welcome relief for sore muscles from skiing.
USThe breakfast was the worst I have experienced at a holiday inn. The attendants stop putting out hot food an hour before breakfast ended which ment there was nothing left except an old hard biscuit no gravy even for that hard biscuit, no eggs or meat the pancake maker was also broken. We had expected a nice hot breakfast but end up having to leave the hotel for breakfast. We won’t be staying at that location again do to how inconsistent the breakfast maybe.
Breakfast wasn’t served the full time many items ran out or where old and not replaced..
Staff were very friendly and informative. Dawn was awesome!
