Carmel Resort Inn

I stayed in a cottage with a kitchen and two bedrooms, plus a pull out bed. It was not fancy, but worked great for 3 friends. The January price was a bargain. We loved the Carmel beach nearby and we even had someone there playing bagpipes the first night.

Quaint cottages close to Carmel. Friendly, responsive staff. Great value as compared to other lodging choices.

What a wonferful experience here from the front desk (sorry, i didnt see his name) to the room. Very friendly staff and clean room. A would come again.

Nice little cabin very close to downtown Carmel.

The staff was the best part of check in! They let me in much earlier than expected and were very fast in the process!

The Inn was cute, clean, and had easy parking spot for each unit. Our cabin was spacious, nice bed, fridge and microwave. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.

This a hotel that provides good value, excellent location. My only observation is that the WIFI is poor and very weak in the cottage we got. also ATT mobile reception was poor. This could be a deal breaker. Also they need to renew the soap/shampoo dispensers, they don't work properly (it should be easy to fix). Reason for the 3 starts in the property conditions. This feedback was provided to the manager directly.

The location was nice, a bit far to walk downtown at night. It was nice to have a parking space next to the cottage (no stairs) too. I didn’t care for the bed pillows and wish I had brought my own pillow instead. Otherwise it was fine.
