Parkway Inn of Jackson Hole

Very nice room with good service but very pricy. Not really worth the cost but Jackson, Wyoming is a tourist trap!!

We had a great room on the first floor we had lots of space we were a few steps from the indoor pool. The hotel location was great a short it walk to main street. The main lobby was nice we were able to purchase water, juice and a few other items The hotel was full, very quite, the weather so nice we enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio.

We did have a problem using the TV either we couldn't figure out how to use the TV channels or the TV remote had a problem. We figure oh well, we have our iPads to past the time before we fell asleep. Wish they had a few washer and dryers, we did find a nice laundry a few miles away.

We chose this motel due to location for our anniversary trip to Jackson and when we arrived it is definitely a cute, well cared for motel (not hotel). We dropped off our belongings and went out to dinner. We came back to our room and it sounded like the toilet was running, it smelled like someone just had a bowel movement, and there was a used hand towel on the sink. Mind you we had not used anything in the room at all. We brought up our concerns with the front desk who continuously told me, "there is no way that happened, no one can get into your room, no one has a key but you." Which is obviously not true as housekeeping does. Besides the point, she continued to argue and tell us there was nothing she could do about it until eventually she agreed to have a maintenance guy check it out. He spent all of 30 seconds in our room and said he was going to get us a new room. It took quite the fight and we got placed in a new room. All after he continuing to tell me "this cannot happen" and "we are sold out, nothing I can do" and refusing to refund so we could go elsewhere. Absolutely appalling customer service we will never return. Yes the location is great, the rooms are fairly clean, but you also cannot shower at same time as anyone else (otherwise you don't have any hot water). Decent motel but definitely would recommend staying elsewhere for your money.

Hot tub not hot enough. Everything else was great. Perfect location, very walkable.

We initially selected this hotel for the location (which was great) but had a very unfortunate customer service experience and we will not be back. We had someone use our bathroom in our room while we were out, used hand towel present, and an awful smell of a bowel movement. We were completely disregarded by the front desk staff, told "there is no way, no one can access your room, not even staff" which is wildly inaccurate as the cleaners can, besides the point I am unable to include full conversation in this review due to limited space but we were told "there isn't anything we can do" and "we are sold out." Then the maintenance guy spent 30 seconds in our room and told us we would get a new room. This still came with a very large hassle, we asked for a refund and wanted to leave and were told that was not possible as well. Eventually we received a new room that was clean but an absolutely appalling customer service experience. I still cannot believe it happened and we will not stay at this hotel again. Great location yes. You cannot shower when anyone else is showering (otherwise cold water) but overall was fairly clean we just had an awful experience that I wish to not happen to anyone.

Air conditioner in our room was loud but looked like it was one of the few that hadn't been replaced.

Everything was great - roomy, clean, comfortable, beautiful decor. A little loud from hallway noise but running the fan took care of that. Loved having the coffee in the lobby.

This is a great location. Walking into town is quick and safe. The rooms are very comfortable and on the second floor we had a small balcony that was very cute. Would definitely stay here again!

Parkway Inn of Jackson Hole has terrible service and won't help resolve a billing issue they caused. Best not to stay here at all or ever. Stay clear of this hotel.
