"the room was quite"

The bed was fine

The bathroom was clean, but the tub looked old and had black mold. The breakfast was not good. It only had coffee, donuts, juice, fruit and granola bars. We have stayed at other Super 8's that had great stuff for breakfast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, hot and cold, milk, yogurt and some other hot items. they did not have king size beds on the bottom floor, only the up stairs, We had to take a room with a jacuzzi, which we could not use.

"It meets the basics"

Super easy location for all things on Keystone. Best Pillows i have ever had at a hotel!!

The plugs by the beds didnt work, fridge was not turned on

"Disgusting, slum, trash, needs to be shut down."

NOTHING - staff was friendly. I could not stay there one night. I paid 1 night to leave. I am expecting a refund for the other 2 nights to be placed back on my card or I will call the BBB. This place is a slum.

This is a dump. It should be closed. The first room smelled so bad I almost past out. The 2nd room was disgusting. Curtains hung with zip ties and could not be closed., mattress half on the floor & disgusting. Bathroom door could not be locked. This is a dump & should be closed. Staff was friendly. I could not even put my suitcase in the room for fear of bugs. I did not stay one night & paid to leave. I expect to receive a refund for the remaining 2 days that were canceled.
