It was a very comfortable place. But I’m really glad we didn’t need to use the trundle bed as there wasn’t enough space for it. The room rate was fine, but I thought the $50 for having one dog was extremely expensive. Other places I have stayed with my dog are around $30-$35.

Low quality, dirty room. Zero sound-proofing of walls, ceilings, floors. Very hard time sleeping, and tons of noise from other guests at all hours.

"Flight cancelled/no hotel credit?"

So…I never got into my room due to circumstances completely beyond my control. My flight (AA 1075-Mar 31-7:20) was cancelled & I couldn’t get to DEN until the morning. Was looking for either a refund or even one night credit @ same hotel. Reasonable? Having stayed @ Gravity Haus in the past I will gladly change this to 5⭐️ should that refund/credit happen. Thx.
