"Very happy with my stay."

A very good stay. The hotel was very clean and has lots of amenities available to guests. The hotel is also very close to many restaurants around for dining, it even has a restaurant and bar located inside! We went through Redah to book and it was very easy.

Me and my husband stayed here and i have to say it is one of the best hotels in Tupelo. The rooms were amazing, they were very nice and clean! The restaurant had wonderful food and even more wonderful staff over all we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be coming back

It was beautiful on the inside and the room was immaculate! Staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

I feel like the price of the room was inflated because there was a tournament in town. I understand, but it was like triple the price.

This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites, and I would rate my experience a 10 overall. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, my room was clean and comfortable — I truly felt at home — and the breakfast was hot and fresh. While I was very satisfied overall, I did have one concern. I was contacted in the middle of the day at my job and asked to make a payment for my stay, even though I was told at the time of booking that I could pay at check-in. My card is kept locked for security reasons, so the initial payment attempt didn’t go through. However, being called at work for payment was both unexpected and disruptive. If guests are allowed to pay at check-in, this policy should be honored without premature payment attempts. Aside from that issue, everything else was excellent, and I would gladly stay again.
