There was blood on comforter. We checked in about 9:30pm. We got ready for bed and when we went to pull back the covers to get in bed there was a big drop of blood on the comforter. GROSS. I called the front desk and told them I needed clean linen and that there was blood. She put me on hold and I eventually hung up. I called back and she said oh I’m sorry I didn’t get your room number then told me I’d have to come get the linen. My husband went to get them at the front desk and she gave him the wrong size. I went back downstairs, no one was at the desk. She walked by TWICE and didn’t acknowledge me until I said “Maam, I need linen”. She then got an attitude and told me my husband got it. I proceeded to tell her she gave me the wrong size. She huffed around and went and got the correct size sheets. She brought out just sheets and I told her I needed a comforter too. I finally got everything to change the whole bed linen. She never once apologized, offered to bring linen, change my room, put the linen on my bed, nothing. Very unprofessional. Very unsanitary. And if my kids hadn’t already been asleep, I would have drove home.

Very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable. Desk staff very polite as well as Dalton in restaurant/bar area. Will definitely stop here again in our travels.
