"Horrible Mistake!"

Location from christus spohn shoreline

Construction! Trying to place us in a newly painted room (sameday) that smelled horrible. This room gave me an extremely bad headache. I requested to change the room, and they expected me to squeeze 6 people with only 1 king bed and pull out. It was extremely dirty, and the room smelled like mold. It was horrible! Then at 7 o'clock in the morning they wanted to start Construction banging and throwing stuff everywhere not.to mention it was the 3 rooms that they offered us. Why open those rooms to make extra money if they weren't ready and then put them on the booking website!! Fraudulent service advertised. So much for being a hospitality company.

Bed and pillows softer than I'd like. (I am a side sleeper). Gentleman at front was nice, friendly & helpful. Front desk staff when I checked out was same. However, the day before I left, I tried to hand them something to give the mailman and they looked at me confused. I said, "whenever your mailman comes back, please hand this to him" and they said they will have to call the manager to see if that is allowed. Huh?
