Quality Inn & Suites Eldridge Davenport North

The location was great for where I was visiting. The rooms were a good size, but the hotel felt tired. The night staff was not trained and had to make several calls to check me in. He could not move my room to an upper floor (for safety reasons) even though the hotel was not booked out.

There are much better options for the same price as this place. The facility reeked of curry. The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. The bathrooms were disgusting!! Yes, the pillows were nice, but the rest was subpar. Look around you’ll find better facilities and probably cheaper.

Employees were amazing, there were two ladies that were very pleasant and helpful, especially the late night lady that was there at breakfast as well.

Toilet was clogged right from the start. Ice bucket still had water from previous guest.

Check in service was great, very friendly. Room was dated, no hot water at 4am when I had to get up. Air conditioning was so loud and went off and on every few minutes. Tried to open window instead but traffic noise was worse. Went to breakfast at 6, it had just been put in warmers and was cold. Check out staff was busy playing a game on their phone and I waited to be noticed.

Worse hotel experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a sh*t hole. They don’t clean, their bathrooms are disgusting, toilet bowls probably have never been cleaned under the rim, you could see all the filth and mold. Urine stains behind the lid, sh*t crumbs too. After we asked for a room change when we arrived at midnight I was able to see three rooms, they were all the same. Their towels are nasty and hairs in sinks and tub. We arrived at midnight and had to stay until the morning. We did not stay the whole reservation and checked out a day early to go book at a different hotel. Since we booked through Expedia, they had to contact the hotel so Expedia can ask for the refund for the night we don’t use. The hotel denied it. Expedia called twice. Please save your money. Go somewhere else.

At check in the front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, fresh and well kept up. I was concerned as some past reviews mentioned a smoky smell, but there was none. Would stay there again.

Very quiet atmosphere love the pool nice and warm. That breakfast was above average with sausage and eggs. Will be staying there again! 😁
