Accessibility room was not very accessible, no handrails in the shower. No handheld shower sprayer. Holes in drywall and shower along with cracks and drywall in bathroom and above bed.

The free breakfast is the best thing about this place.

This place is not family friendly as advertised. The hottub has been broken for at least a year( personally know). The staff make you very uncomfortable. Either they are just micromanaging or they are racist. Either way it's just ridiculous. Cool if you are a worker in the area and just need a quiet bed. Not good if you are traveling with family looking to enjoy the amenities. Don't allow food in the pool area unless you rent the room but the sign only says all food must stay on the tables. I ended up just taking the kids home. Bad storm came at 630 . Pool closed for the rest of the night. These people select who to be friendly to.

Spacious rooms. Refrigerators have a freezer section. Wide carpeted stairs. Great coffee shop next door. Super nice staff. Nice community. Perfect hotel.

"Eh if you need something quick it will work"

Great location near softball fields we were playing at for the weekend.

Our room didn’t have a smoke detector they said would fix it but unfortunately never did. Our floor was sticky. The pull out bed was broken on the bottom and we had to hold up with the trash cans plus had exposed springs on one side. Also breakfast was just okay. Not a lot of options.

"After calling the desk and asking for a different room I was given a nice room and the rest of my stay was nice"

It was clean , staff was nice

The first room I was put in needed work drywall tape was hanging from the ceiling, there was a hole in the drywall between the shower head and the top of the shower wall, and the shower valve did not work correctly, I couldn’t get hot water
