Very nice budget hotel, rated 4 stars for that category but definitely a 3 star property. Property was clean and owner was pleasant, our only "complaint" and it was not a real complaint, was that the breakfast was not much, but I did get my yogurt. and coffee

The breakfast was good and the location was great right off the highway. The beds were really comfortable .

The motel had two floors but no elevator . I was traveling with my mother with knee problems and was not aware of this before my stay.

"Functional for a one night stay."

Good location as far as freeway access. Lots of parking. There was a McDonald's across the street which was handy. Check in staff was very friendly and had information about Abeline which is close by. Breakfast wasn't bad. They had a pancake machine. Plumbing was updated and worked well. The room had a nice comfy chair. The rate was very reasonable. Not bad for a one night stay.

Property felt a little tired and dated compared to some others I have stayed at.. The room had an odd smell but it was tolerable. The bed was squeaky. Refrigerator did not have a freezer section.

"Clean and pleasant nights sleep for $"

This hotel is a budget hotel so rated 4 out of 5 for that category. Pleasant and polite owner, nice clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was typical for budget hotel, I just grabbed a yogurt and fruit with my coffee. Did not attempt or want to use the pool or hot tub so cannot review that. We would definitely stay again.
