"Accessible place to stay "

We stayed here in 2 queen rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The reception is attractive and useful for meeting. We didn't have breakfast - the choice is very limited and as vegetarian and one person being gluten-free, it doesn't cater for our needs. Also only a coffee machine in the room. Would have liked proper cups rather than paper cups and also the option of tea.

"Worst Customer Service you'll even have!"

Worst customer service I have ever had. I travel 1/4 of the year for business. I have never been treated this way before. The shift supervisor clearly does not like their job. The ignorance was unbelievable. Until they have a staff change, stay away from this property. I know I will!

The shift manager was terrible. Probably the worst customer service i have ever had. I travel 100 days a year, and this easily the worst. Ill never stay at thos property again!
