Days Inn by Wyndham Sturbridge

Room was dirty, found 2 toy darts in my bed, bathroom was filthy, shower had hair and soap scum in it and the bath plug was missing, mud shoe print on the bathroom floor, dirt and dumped drinks on the wall and I am so waiting to get my deposit back from over 24 hours after check out

Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, couldn't take a soak because drain plug was missing, kids toys left in the bed, front desk want available to discuss before I had to go to work.

For a days inn, i was very disappointed. Zero amenitities, no fridge, no microwave. It looked like someone had been killed in the room, and they were repairing numerous hol vanishedes in the wall. All patchy paint and missing pictures from the walls. Vending/ice only in lobby.

The elevator stopped on second floor, whether you were going up or down every time

Everything was great except, when I paid received no receipt. When got ready to leave asked for a receipt and gentleman at the desk said can't give me one. I keep all receipt from when I travel. Too many times people steal from your cards so I always get and keep mine. So I am disappointed that they couldn't give me one.

It’s very dirty

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for my daughter and I. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Very minor things that need improvement, housekeeping could clean a bit better but the staff is very accommodating to fix whatever issues get brought to their attention.

Thug staff with no or little knowledge

Isolated, dirty, smell weed everywhere
