"Without room service, t was essentially just an Airbnb the size of a closet with a dilapidated/moldy"

No room service for our entire stay. Had to track down a staff member to get new towels and had to bring out our own trash. I have no problem cleaning after myself but I didnt bring a broom on vacation and one was not provided.
