Location, convenient, helpful staff

People yelling outside, arguments in rooms on opposite side of room we were staying in, slamming doors from upstairs rooms as well as pounding on floors. Hair on the walls in the shower and the pool is not projected to be working till next month.

Price

It was dirty, there was possible mold in the shower and the complimentary shampoo was half used but still on the counter. The towels had stains and there was a dirty napkin in the bed sheet. The guests next to me were up most of the night being loud and smoking pot outside on the balcony. The room smelled bad and the mini fridge wouldn't seal properly so it ran all night and didn't keep the items I put in it cold. The front desk clerk was very passive like I was interrupting him by being there. He wasn't rude but he wasn't friendly either. Overall I wouldn't book a room here again.
