Convenient for our needs. Clean rooms well sized. Beautiful decor. Bed comfortable.

Shower handle fell off during shower. Slippery shower floor. A floor mat for the shower would have been useful.

Good location , nice view, great pool, Mike in the evening staff team was very accommodating and friendly. He opened up the bar area so we could enjoy it on Sunday evening. He also brought us extra blankets when requested. Nice large room and bathroom. Large shower and amenities.

The Room smelled quite a bit. Somewhat Masked by the AC on arrival but then the AC kept turning on and off every 10 min the entire night making it hard to sleep. AC was noisy. When AC turned off, the room smelled very musty. Morning reception staff were not friendly - the gentleman was curt and unfriendly when we requested an extra 20 min to finish getting ready ( to checkout at 11:30 am instead of 11:00) and after saying ok, he showed up at 11:15 am at the room door to usher us out earlier than the time he had just indicated over the phone 5 minutes earlier. At that point we just wanted to leave. It’s a shame because the facilities and location are good but the room was not, and the unfriendly staff attitude in the morning made departure very disappointing.

"Great place, nice employees and yummy food!"

We stayed for 2 niahts, May 1st and May 2, 2026. We ate dinner at the hotel's tiki bar (cant remember name) and had a delicious late dinner. The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were heavenly. Would most definitely stay again.

"Peaceful, relaxing, enjoyable."

Convenient to everything, shops, restaurants, family, etc. Love the setting by the pool and lake. Enjoyed the Lake House for lunch and drinks. Peaceful sitting at the lake in the evening.

The bed we had in room 211 was a little worn out. My wife kept sinking on her side. Usually our beds have been comfortable everytime we visit.
