"Deceptive fraudulent tactics."

Location.

Charged $93.15 for a room that has shower out of order due to cracked tub, dirty, used linens on a Saturday night. Cancellation submitted for Sunday booking made by mistake. Clerk said we would not be charged for Sunday booking and cancellation fee would be waived since we paid the 93.15 for Saturday night. We still got charged. No replies received, every person says they will talk to management and get back to us and nothing. Just fraud. SMH. Don't use booking. Com or stay at Texan inns.
