Pedimos poder hacer una llamada de teléfono desde el teléfono fijo del hotel a la empresa del coche de alquiler que llevábamos, ya que había surgido un problema y porque no podíamos hacer la llamada desde nuestros teléfonos de ESPAÑA. La señora que estaba en recepción contesto "QUE ESA GESTIÓN NO SE PODÍA HACER DESDE EL HOTEL" nos pareció una respuesta muy fea por parte de la trabajadora no costaba nada llamar delante de ella y arreglar el problema. Acto seguido fuimos a comprar a un supermercado en la calle de al lado y nos dejaron llamar desde allí para arreglar el problema SUPER AMABLES nada que ver con el hotel PENOSO.

"Amazing Hotel, Friendly Staff!"

This hotel is amazing. I have been staying here for a while and it has always been a pleasant experience. The rooms are always clean and taken care of. The on site parking is a huge plus especially in SF. The staff is also amazing. Book here, you wont regret it. I would also like to add that there is plenty stuff at walking distance to get a meal and a store to purchase souvenirs just a couple blocks away.
